The Mixwave: Yvette Young plugin is designed to authentically replicate her unique tonal palette, which prominently features hand-wired Vox AC30 combo amplifiers. This straightforward setup includes a single amp and cabinet, enhanced by Alnico Blue and greenback speaker choices, along with a variety of microphone selections and Impulse Responses to ensure maximum versatility.
A Treasure Trove of Effects
This plugin is packed with nine different pedals and effects, effectively translating Young’s elaborate pedalboard and live setup into the digital domain. Among the offerings are an immersive reverb, a dark analog delay, and a harmonic tremolo, complemented by a classic analog-inspired chorus and a compressor that guarantees extraordinary sustain.
Additionally,the collection features a modern overdrive,a raw and responsive fuzz pedal,and a synth-like octaver. Notably, a lo-fi modulator stands out as a unique option, making it effortless to achieve Young’s most ethereal and dreamy tones.
