“he recorded ​around 11 takes on the ⁤guitar. At one point,Steve and I exchanged glances and said,’Wow,you’ve wholly transformed the song. We might need to credit you as a co-writer.’ Eric looked⁢ genuinely surprised and replied,‍ ‘Well,⁢ anything to have my name alongside Steve Cropper’s…’”
