In an unexpected twist,Alissa White-Gluz,the former frontwoman of Arch Enemy,has been announced as the new vocalist for the renowned power metal band DragonForce.
founded in 1999 by the lightning-fast guitarist Herman Li, DragonForce has confirmed that White-Gluz will be their third vocalist and the first female to take on this role.She joins current singer Marc Hudson, who has been with the band since 2011 and has contributed to five of their albums.
